What verification means

Level 1

Phone Verified

The business phone number has been confirmed.

Level 2

Email Verified

The business email address has been confirmed.

Level 3

Business Information Submitted

Name, address and city details have been provided.

Level 4

GST Information Submitted

A GSTIN has been submitted. We do not publish the full number.

Level 5

Documents Verified

Our team has reviewed submitted business documents.

Level 6

Customer Reviewed

The transporter has at least one published customer review.

What is not checked

Verification does not guarantee service quality, pricing, insurance coverage or delivery timelines. Always confirm terms in writing with the transporter before booking.

How reviews work

Reviews are submitted with name and email, then go through Pending → Moderation → Published. Transporters may reply publicly but cannot delete genuine negative reviews. We remove spam, abuse, fake or duplicate reviews and personal information. We never import or fabricate ratings from other sites.

How businesses are ranked

Our ranking score combines profile completeness, verification level, genuine reviews and review quality, response behaviour, service coverage, business age and customer engagement. Premium plans receive a small, capped placement boost and are always clearly labelled — payment never changes a transporter's rating.

Reporting a business

Every profile has a "Report this business" link for incorrect information, fake businesses, wrong contact details, fraud concerns, duplicates or abusive content. Our team reviews every report.
